Group classes are back! Motivation Fitness for Women has the following classes available for it's members. Classes run daily.

Sundays:          10:30 am  Ball Class with Donna
 
Mondays:          5:30 pm  Cardio Pump with Donna
                         6:30 pm  Boot Camp with Donna
                         7:30 pm  Yoga with Caitlin

Tuesdays:        9:30 am  Yoga with Caitlin
                        12:15 pm  Lunch Express with Caitlin
                        5:30 pm  Butt 'n' Gut with Caitlin
                        6:30 pm  Pilates with Caitlin
                        7:30 pm  Cardio Hi/Lo with Caitlin

Wednesdays:    9:30 am  Cardio Fusion with Lorie
                        5:30 pm  Kickboxing with Donna
